    Delegates O’Neal, Sumner and Nelson move to amend the committee substitute for Senate Bill 195 on page 2 at line 4 after the word “magistrate;” by striking out the word “or”

and

on page 2 at line 7 after the date “2014;” by inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“or

    (E) A minimum of four years of experience as a law enforcement officer employed by a local, state or federal law enforcement agency; or

    (F) A minimum of four years of experience as a member of any of the armed forces of the United States or the organized militia of the this State and, if that military service has ended, the receipt of an honorable discharge.”
